Thank you for shopping at zetaefe. We appreciate your support and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, color, or other personal preferences — whether the item is custom-made or from our standard inventory.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund or replacement, provided you contact us within the required timeframe (see Eligibility below).
This policy applies because many of our products are custom-produced, and all items are carefully selected for limited availability. To avoid disappointment, please review product details, sizing charts, and images carefully before placing your order.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
You may request a refund or replacement if:

Visible damage or wrong item (e.g., torn, crushed, stained or e.g., different product than ordered):
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the damage and packaging. -
Defective product (e.g., manufacturing flaw):
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos showing the issue.
To qualify, you must provide the following within the previous mentioned timeframe:
- Your order number
- Send clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Keep the item in its original condition until we respond
We reserve the right to evaluate all claims and determine whether a refund or replacement is warranted.
Return Process
To start a return:
- Email us at hello@zetaztudio.com with your order number and photos.
- If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
For visible damage, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.
We do not accept returns without prior approval. Items sent back without authorization will not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- It may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
We do not issue partial refunds or store credits for minor issues.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If approved, we’ll send a replacement as soon as possible.
If you want a different product or size, you may place a new order after resolving the original issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items reported more than 48 hours after delivery for visible damage (e.g., torn, crushed, stained) or incorrect items
- Items reported more than 7 days after delivery for defects
- Items without proof of purchase
- Claims submitted without photo evidence

Items showing signs of use, wear, or altered condition
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color selection
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor variations in appearance (e.g., color differences due to screen settings)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your payment provider — it may take time to process
